Farasha Kaa makes every effort to provide our customers and clientele with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages.
However, please keep in mind that CHLOROPHAID, FARASHA KAA APPAREL, and FARASHA KAA CRYSTAL SERIES are in a current remodeling phase, where occasionally, the physical product shipped to you may slightly differ than what is displayed on the website.
Feel assured that all contents used will be equal in value, quality, quantity, size, and/or measurements, as we are always adding new and interesting items!
Typically, you can review your sales receipt through the automatic sales copy sent to your email, or texted to your cell phone (optional/restrictions apply) upon confirmed payment.

Most of Farasha Kaa’s products are natural and digestible, which translates as biodegradable.
B. FARASHA KAA LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS AFTER SHIPPING.
Contact your local carrier with tracking information provided on sales receipt.
C. A BUYER MAY OPEN A CASE WITH US ONLY IF THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THEIR ITEM AFTER 14 BUSINESS DAYS, or THE ITEM THAT THEY RECEIVED IS NOT ON THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.
The original sales receipt of buyer will be verified.
D. ALL APPAREL ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
Please make sure you select the correct sizing and quantity during checkout. Our sizes may run small.

Send our empty jars and/or bottles in a Post Office stamped medium envelope or Post Office approved box/package to:

Once we receive the empty or used bottles, you will be notified through email, and your shipping fee will be reimbursed, along with an additional 13%, as a credit to your Farasha Kaa account.
You may then utilize your credit towards the purchase of future products and/or services of Farasha Kaa.
